West Preston Methodist Church worships at three locations at Ashton, Cottam and Ingol. You are assured of a warm welcome at any of our three locations. Our calling is to respond to the good news of God’s love and grace for everyone brought to us through his Son Jesus Christ. WPMC Outreach

At West Preston Methodist Church we take a lot of care and attention to our communities. As such we have appointed two key Lay Workers within our Church. Wendy and Simon each take care of a particular aspect of our outreach and more information on their activities and events can be found in below.

My name is Wendy Foot I am the Church Inclusion Worker. My role is to network with agencies working in the community and help people who are lonely and isolated. I was first called to full time ministry in my 20s and studied for 3 years at Moorlands Bible college. Since then I have had many jobs. More recently I worked for the Carers trust in Carer Support and then as a Chaplain in GP practices. I have always been in volved in pioneering and starting new projects in the community where I have lived.
